Parkway Housing offers a bespoke service to our clients, whether that be on 1 property or a portfolio. We respect the expectations of our clients.
We aim to ensure that all properties comply with up to date legislation such as:
- Organise an annual Gas Safety Certificate
- Arrange electrical tests and Energy Performance Certificate
- Supervise a start/end of tenancy clean
- Complete an inventory and check-in report
- Collect the rent if required
- Maintain good communication with landlords
- Complete inspections as determined
